Eduardo Riba - Director General CENCOR
Eduardo has worked for more than 20 years for the national and the international financial sector.
Since 1994, he has been part of CENCOR (Central de Corretajes). His first charge was as a broker at the Foreign Exchange Market and Money Market. In 1997, he worked for Enlace New York as senior vice-president and two years later, he became Chief Operations Officer (COO) and later General Director of Enlace.
He is currently CEO of Enlace Internacional and board member of CENCOR.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana.
Fernando Pérez - Director Corporativo CENCOR
Fernando began his career in 1986 as Money Market trader for various institutions, including Casa de Bolsa Inverlat, Casa de Bolsa Prime Banco Internacional/HSBC, Grupo Financiero Interacciones y Grupo Financiero Bx+.
Most of his professional career was as part of Banco Internacional/HSBC, first as executive director of Global Markets and Treasury and then, as CEO of HSBC Casa de Bolsa. During two years, he led the Wholesale Banking and Treasury at GF Interacciones. After, he occupied the position of Deputy CEO of Financial Markets and Portfolio Management at GF BX+. In 2005, he joined to the Bolsa Institucional de Valores (BIVA) as project director.
He holds a bachelor´s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Anáhuac, a diploma in Finance from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and he completed a Senior Management Program (AD2) from IPADE Business School.

Alfredo Font - Director General PiP
Alfredo has more than 25 years of experience in the financial sector. Since 2015 he holds the CEO position at PiP Latam, responsible for the subsidiaries in Mexico, Colombia, Peru and Costa Rica.
He initiated his carreer in 1984 at Nacional Financiera at the Investment department. In 1990, he joined the Secretaría de Comercio y Fomento Industrial, where he performed as Economic Counselor for the Secretary. He has spent great part of her professional career at Banco Nacional de México – Citigroup; in 1993 he served as vice-president of Derivative Markets Development; Director Structuring and Derivatives in 2001; and Director Risk Treasury for 2006-2014.
He holds a bachelor´s degree in Applied Mathematics from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and a master degree in Economic Analysis from Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona. He also holds a diploma in Finance from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM).
María Ariza - Directora General BIVA
|María is an Industrial Engineer with academic excellence from Universidad Iberoamericana and has a Master’s degree in Business Management with concentration in Finance from Harvard. She spent her entire professional life in the private equity sector, actually she performs as CEO at Bolsa Institutional de Valores (BIVA). Additionally, she serves as an independent member and partner of various boards. María’s career has been recognized with an award from the Women Economic Forum, from the International Entrepreneurs Council, and in publications such as Expansión, Forbes, Líderes, Revista 2020, among others.
